Probate Management and Administration

When a person dies without leaving a will or trust, things could get complicated.

Dying intestate – meaning without a proper Will in place – means a probate court likely gets involved to distribute assets in accordance with “succession law.”

What We Offer

From locating the next of kin to serving as probate administrators, VC works with clients to prove entitlement through comprehensive genealogical reporting, research, and document preparation, as required by courts throughout the country.

While the law determines who should deal with the deceased’s affairs and who should inherit the estate (property, personal belongings and money) — in most cases and depending on each state’s unique intestacy laws — the estate of a person who died intestate must go through probate court, and the Court needs proof to determine who should be considered a Beneficiary.

VC serves the public, attorneys, trusts, and estates in documenting and representing heirship for probates and trusts worldwide by:

  • Identifying and tracing heirs to estates, property, and assets, and when necessary.

  • Working independently and on a strictly contingency basis to locate potential heirs to estates or trusts – being paid a percentage of each heir’s entitlement upon distribution on a successful case.

  • Performing additional research to determine and prove entitlement to the estate throughout the process. Managing all details involved in the process of winding up the financial dealings of the deceased and distributing that person’s property to the people that inherit it.

If an agreement has been sent to you, simply sign and return it so we can represent you at no upfront cost or risk to you. Once received, we will then perform additional research to determine and prove entitlement to the estate.
